Delivery & Returns

RETURN POLICY:


Customers needing to return for full refund should send original & unused condition return to the following address and use a carrier of your choice.  Payntr Golf does NOT offer free returns from U.S. Territories so you will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned items.  We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as Payntr Golf is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

RETURNING AN ITEM:


Payntr Golf is committed to your product performance and golfing happiness.  We want you to be pleased with your purchase and have an equally good brand & product experience.  


To RETURN an item please follow the below instructions:  


  • Initiate a RETURN through your Payntr Golf account and by managing your ORDERS.  This can be accessed on the home page at Payntrgolf.com. 


  • Returns must be initiated within 45 days of the original order date.  


  • If a RETURN is received at our distribution center without the RETURN being initiated through your account or with customercare@payntrgolf.com it will be returned to the customer with no refund given.  


  • You may RETURN any Payntr Golf product in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value.  Please see below if the product has been used or is defective.  


  • If the RETURN is found to be in a used condition, not in original packaging, or in a condition which cannot be resold as new, you will be credited at 50% of original purchase price.  


Your refund will be issued within 3 - 5 working days after receipt of your RETURN.  Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate exchanges at this time, so if you need a different size or color, please re-order at Payntrgolf.com.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE RETURNS:


For damaged or defective items please contact customercare@payntrgolf.com.  If defective items are received at our return center they will be returned, and a refund will NOT be processed.
